Terms & Conditions

Minimum number of students​​​

We make every effort to place participants on their preferred course. However, running a course is subject to the Centre's discretion and dependent on reaching a minimum number of enrolled students.

While we strive to deliver all courses as scheduled, we cannot guarantee this if the minimum class size is not met. In such cases, the Centre reserves the right to:

  • Offer an alternative course of equal value, or

  • Issue a full refund of any fees paid.

We will make every effort to inform affected participants at least five working days before the course start date.​​​​

Visa & Immigrations regulations

It is the student’s responsibility to ensure that they have the correct visa for the length of their course.

When asked we can prepare a letter of invitation for a UK visa. To comply with that, we require a non-refundable fee of £150. This fee acts as a deposit for enrolling in any of our courses.

Code of Conduct ​

The Centre reserves the right to terminate a participant’s enrolment, without refund, if their behaviour is deemed disruptive, inappropriate, or otherwise unacceptable to the extent that it would be unreasonable for them to continue their studies.

Payments

We accept payments via bank transfer only. To settle an invoice, the amount credited to our bank account must be the total invoice in Sterling British Pound (GBP). Full and final payment is required no later than 14 days prior to the starting course date. All additional foreign transaction fees and currency conversion charges incurred when making payments must be borne by the payer.

Cancellation & Refunds Policy

If you choose to withdraw from a course, the following refund terms apply:​

  • More than 28 days before the course start date: You are eligible for a full refund, minus a £79 non-refundable registration fee.

  • Between 14 and 28 days before the course start date: You will receive a 50% refund of the course fees.

  • Less than 14 days before the course start date: No refund will be issued.

  • After the course has begun: No refunds are available.

  • Non-attendance: No refunds will be issued for non-attendance, regardless of the reason.

Please note that the above policies do not apply to participants who have paid only for "Accommodation and Volunteer Work Experience", and are not enrolled in any of our language courses.

In such cases, no refunds will be issued for cancellations made less than 14 days before the scheduled start date of the stay.

Cancellations by the Centre

The Centre reserves the right to cancel any booking due to circumstances beyond its control. In such cases, we will make every effort to offer an alternative date that is mutually acceptable. If a suitable alternative cannot be arranged, a full refund of any fees paid will be issued.
