We do not capture and store any personal information about individuals who access this website, except where you voluntarily choose to give us your personal details via email or by enquiring about or applying for any of our courses.

 

Any personal data given to Tertulia Language either online or offline is used exclusively by us for providing you with current and future information about courses.

 

All personal information provided will be held on our database securely and confidentially. We will treat it in accordance with the current legislation. We will not pass information such as your name, address, telephone number, fax number or email address to third parties, unless deemed necessary in order to gather needed data to complete your booking.

 

We may also use the information to keep in contact with you and inform you of developments associated with our business.

We accept payments via bank transfer only. To settle an invoice, the amount credited to our bank account must be the total invoice in Sterling British Pound (GBP). We expect customers to pay all bank charges and commissions for transferring the payment into Tertulia Language Bank Account.

 

For your convenience our website maintains links to other websites; when you use such links the Tertulia Language privacy policy no longer applies.

 

Any changes to our Privacy Policy will be placed here and will supersede this version of our Policy.
